Ahree Song is a corporate finance counsel in O’Melveny’s Los Angeles office and a member of the firm’s Private Credit Group. Ahree leverages several years of experience as a corporate law practitioner within prominent law firms, as well as her time as in-house counsel with a Fortune 100 company, to advise agents, lenders, private equity sponsors, and corporate borrowers in a variety of secured and unsecured debt financings, M&A financings, subscription line financings, leveraged buyouts, and refinancings. Her deal record spans a broad range of industries, including health care, information technology, software, telecommunications, hospitality, manufacturing, and consumer lending.
