Jonathan C. Le is a seasoned litigator who specializes in matters that demand both sophisticated advocacy skills and expert-level knowledge of the complex e-discovery issues that drive modern disputes. He excels at the intersection of high-stakes litigation and data-intensive discovery, where early strategic decisions often shape the trajectory of the case.

As both a litigator and e-discovery authority, Jonathan bridges the gap between litigation strategy and discovery execution, providing clients a distinct advantage that carries forward through summary judgment, trial, and settlement. He designs and leads efficient, defensible discovery workflows in sensitive and high-exposure matters, integrating advanced analytics and emerging AI-driven tools to accelerate review, identify key evidence earlier, and sharpen the accuracy of fact development. The result is a discovery process that reduces cost and complexity while strengthening client position at every subsequent stage of the case.

Jonathan’s perspective is informed by his time working in-house at one of the nation’s largest financial institutions, where he played an integral role in designing and implementing e-discovery protocols and policies that would affect the company’s thousands of employees and its multiple lines of business. That experience continues to shape his approach: practical, defensible, and aligned with how clients assess risks and costs.

Jonathan brings that same strategic rigor to the courtroom. In one of the most closely watched proceedings of its kind—a landmark trial involving over US$50 billion in alleged damages against a large pharmaceutical company—Jonathan served on the core trial team that helped secure a complete defense verdict for his client. To further sharpen his advocacy skills, Jonathan serves as a Special Deputy City Prosecutor for Redondo Beach through the firm’s Trial Advocacy Prosecution Program, where he serves as lead counsel in criminal jury trials.
